CNC Lathes

The machines in this department have the capability of handling bar stock sizes ranging from 1/32" to 1-3/8" in diameter. We also have the chucking ability to machine parts up to 6" in diameter. Machines in the CNC Lathes Department: (2)"Star", (1)"Mori-Seiki" and (2)"Miyano". Using Autocad 2000 and Bobcad 17 we have complete integration of CAD/CAM to CNC Machine.

Precision Stampings

With a selection of presses ranging from 2 through 90 tons, and using single and progressive dies, Goldstar Machine & Tool Ltd. Co. is able to supply the most economical production for all your stamping needs.

Using computer aided design and wire EDM we can design and build complex tooling that produce High-quality parts from customer's drawings or sample prototypes.

CNC Milling

The machines in this department have the capability of handling high precision complex milling operations. Machines in our CNC Milling Department: (1) "Kiwa", (1)"Hurco". We have full CAD/CAM integration with all our CNC Machining Centers. That integration gives us the ability to shorten our prototype-to-production cycle without sacrificing quality and accuracy. We can handle production orders from sample prototypes to thousands of parts per order.

Screw Machines

The Swiss Machine Department is capable of holding tolerance of +/-.0002" in a variety of metals and sizes, and have the capability of back drilling and slotting. Among some of the most popular names in Swiss Screw Machines, we have Bechler, Traub and Strohm. Goldstar Machine & Tool Ltd. Co. has a complete tool room to satisfy all of our in-house requirements including design and machining of all new cam sets.

Rotary Transfer (Hydromat)

Our Rotary Transfer Machining Centers can produce high quality complex parts in quantities of millions per order. These machines are capable of turning, back drilling, slotting and cross drilling all in one setup. This capability allow us to deliver large production quantities of complex parts at low lead times and at a very competitive cost.
